RTI clinics are important structural arrangements of Sadhana Foundation instrumental in providing hand holding support to the information seekers as well as acting as the knowledge resource centre for the rural public. The term coined by Mr. Jagadananda, State Information Commissioner of Orissa, generally imply an arrangement by the local volunteers with or without outside support to provide assistance on RTI and related matters regularly at a preannounced place. It may be a stationary or a mobile unit.
Sadhana Foundation has five non-funded RTI clinics run by its volunteers on their own at Gediapalli(Khurda), Govindpur(Dhenkanal), Rairakhol(Sambalpur), Phulbani(Kandhamal) and Sadar block(Sundergarh). The volunteers give their time and money for the purpose and raise the resources locally with the help of active and responsive citizens.
